Policy & Procedure
BOOKING/SCHEDULING
A 25% non-refundable deposit from the cost of your order must be paid to secure your date upon signing the contract.
Orders must be booked 14 days in advance, orders booked less than 14 days in advance will incur a rush order fee of $50.
PAYMENT
I accept all major credit cards, cash, check, zelle, and venmo. Full payment is required a week or more before the due date.
GF, DF, VEGAN & ALLERGIES
Yes, I can make you delicious gluten free, dairy free, and vegan pastries!
However, all products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish.
I take precautions to avoid cross-contamination of allergens but I do not guarantee the absence of complete cross-contamination. My products may contain some or all of the following: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat. Please let me know if you or any of your guests have any food allergies.
I will not be held liable for any reactions you or a third party have after the consumption of my product. It is your responsibility to notify me of allergies and to ensure anyone else consuming my products is informed and monitored for potential allergen hazards.
PICKUP/DELIVERY
Upon order confirmation and payment, you will be sent the address to pick up your order. Pickup address is located in High Point neighborhood east of Daybreak. Orders are for pickup unless requested, fee applies to delivery.
REFUND/RESCHEDULING
Due to the necessity of preparation for each custom order, a full refund cannot be issued within 10 days of your event. If you need to cancel or postpone your order within 10 days, please contact me directly so we can work out a resolution.
If you need to cancel your order up to 10 days before your event, a partial refund (except 25% deposit) will be available. If you need to reschedule, I need to know 48 hours before the due date. If I am not made aware, your order will be frozen for the new date, instead of a fresher order.
HOW LONG DO MY BAKED GOODS LAST?
Cakes should be kept in the refrigerator. Take them out to sit at room temperature at least two hours before your event. Cake lasts 1 week in the refrigerator and 1 month in the freezer.
Macarons should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator if they are not consumed upon receiving. Macarons last 1 week in the refrigerator and 1 month in the freezer.
DAMAGES
Once you pick up your order, I am not responsible for damages that may incur during transportation or any time after you pick up. A refund and/or replacement will not be available.
