We want everyone to be able to order from Love Baked by Callie, book a class, and read our recipes, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technology.

If anything on our website or app gets in your way, contact us and we'll help you finish your order, booking, or question by email, at the same prices.
- Send a message with our contact form (Callie replies by email)
Please tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use if you're comfortable sharing it. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
Our goal
We're working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for this website and the Love Baked by Callie app. This is ongoing work, and we review it as we add new features.
What we've done
- Text and form colors chosen for readable contrast.
- Every form field has a label, and errors are described in text and read out by screen readers.
- The site can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
- The shopping bag, menu and pop-ups keep keyboard focus inside them and close with the Escape key.
- The pickup date picker works with arrow keys, and every pickup time is also available as a simple list.
- Animations are turned off when your device's "Reduce motion" setting is on.
- In the app, buttons, checkboxes and tabs are named for screen readers, and text grows with your phone's text size.
- Payments happen on Stripe's checkout page, which Stripe maintains for accessibility.
Known limitations
- Some older photos may have short or missing descriptions. We're adding them.
- Captions on embedded videos come from the video host and may contain errors.
- Our downloadable e-book is being checked for screen reader compatibility. If you need it in another format, email us and we'll send one.
- We haven't yet completed an independent accessibility audit.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and app. Every report is read by Callie, and we'll let you know what we're doing about it.
